We have negotiated Excess Compensation and Portfolio Management Service Fees with many partnering companies.  We share that revenue with our members.  We have deals in place that pay as high as 7 points of additional compensation.  As a group SIAA agents earned over $3,000,000 of Excess Compensation from one carrier in 2005.

Mentoring
